Update on problem.. I tried Google Chrome, still didn't work. Joyce said to click on the HTML in the upper right side by the Compose button to add picture. It worked!!

What did Joyce say? I've had to use Firefox instead of Internet Explorer.
I had this problem also... but if you have your photos on flickr, you can actually post on your blog from there.
