ANOTHER FINISH!

I couldn't remember who the designer was of this one. My friend Bonnie said it was a HIH (Heart In Hand) She has a friend that seen it on the blog and gave her the answer for me.  Thank you Bonnie's Friend!!!  lol  Don't you love Blog Friends and Readers!

I painted the wood piece Purple to match the heart and then I added my special touch.. What is it you ask?  Glitter!!!  The original clay heart was broken years ago. I happen to see it again when I went to the Cross Stitch Peddler Shop with my friend Pam. So, walla!

This one was stitched back in the late 1990's or early 2000's I think. I added my own personal touch to the stitchery with silver thread in the border. It used to be in a wine colored frame. I like it better on this purple. That way I can just sit it up on the window sill in the craft room with the other decorations.

I am stitching away on models.. I checked out on DVD from the library, The Ten Commandments. It has been a long time since I have watched it. Going to watch and stitch. I knew Charlton Heston and Yul Brynner were in it.. I didn't know little Eddie Munster's mom, Lilly Munster - Yvonne De Carlo was in it. lol I also just read Vincent price and John Carradine are in it along with Debra Paget... I don't remember seeing them.. Oh well, I will watch it see if I can spot them.. Like Where Is Waldo game.  I just read 220 minutes time.. This is going to be some good stitching going on!

Take care all my north eastern friends.. I heard by Weather Channel that a blizzard is coming y'all way and it ain't from the Dairy Queen!  Hope power stays on for y'all and everyone stays safe.

Till Later.....
